As the Society prepare for Carrick Winter Fair 2025 they are delighted to report the very positive response they have received from their sponsorship brochure distributed to their many loyal sponsors and to many new sponsors.
The brochure outlines the Advertisement Rates for our Catalogue to be published to mark our 20th Winter Fair – Monday November 17th and Sunday/Monday November 23rd & 24th.

A Reminder that the Society’s Elite Continental Breed Show & Sale takes place on Saturday December 13th and Entries must close on Wednesday November 26th – Enter Online today.
Open to All Continental Breeds – Bulls & Heifers and
All Stock must be Export Tested.
This December the Society are honoured that the Tom Crowe Memorial Perpetual Cup will be presented to the Champion Charolais Heifer on December 13th by Mrs Kathleen Crowe in memory of her late husband Tom Crowe, Veterinary Surgeon who died on June 20th last.
Tom Crowe was the Society’s Veterinary Surgeon for decades and was a loyal supporter of all the Society’s Events down through the years.

The Midland and Western Livestock Improvement Society Limited hosts shows and sales of Pedigree Registered Bulls, Heifers and cows at our venue, The Showgrounds, Boyle Road, Carrick-on-Shannon, County Roscommon.
